Evolution of localized magnetic field perturbations and the nature of turbulent dynamo

چکیده

Kinematic dynamo in incompressible isotropic turbulent flows with high magnetic Prandtl number is considered. The approach interpreting an arbitrary field distribution as a superposition of localized perturbations (blobs) proposed. We derive relation between stochastic properties blob and stochastically homogenous advected by the same flow. This allows to investigate evolution at late stage when its size exceeds viscous scale. It shown that 3-dimansional flows, average increases exponentially inertial range turbulence, opposed late-Batchelor it decreases. Our reveals mechanism generation both for blobs contributions. explains absence two-dimensional case efficiency three dimensions. propose way observe numerical simulations.
